the only plus point i have is the air conditioning was great, location was great as well, for a change away from the beach amongst sugarcane fields.

Google map shows hotel location as on the main nadi back road - only chose to book as i had an early morning flight to auckland and wanted to be close enough to the airport. no access to swimming pool TV not working Shower Door Handle missing Hot water no where near hot toilet had masking tape residue on it most probably from packaging couldnt find room service menu/information package in the room. ordered dinner - entree and mains together,asked for carbonated juice - none available and was told to buy from shop within the premises - which i did - coke- entree was served(cassava chips/sauce) and mains chicken chopsuey or maybe chillie chicken with chicken pieces having skewers on them - some ten minutes later a waitress came and asked if i needed salad and rice as well(part of my mains order)to which i did say yes. dont know if breakfast was part of the package as was not informed at all of it.

Breakfast was good but the problem was the phone. It was not connected to network at all also had no wifi in room. Cant make call to reception as it has no connection

Loved the huge pool

The road to the hotel, lack of shade near the pool. No umbrellas , we asked and were told they were damaged so none available and the sun loungers were all ripped. No happy hour cocktail.

Bed was pretty comfortable. The staff were super nice and friendly. We were there for just over 12 hours this was purely a stop over bed got the night.

It was way off the beaten track had no idea how far away it was. Ut cost us $70 to get from here to port Denarau. Through a taxi we ordered nothing to do with the hotel. I kept reading that it was only fives year old, which I find to be shocking as it needed some refurbishment.

The pool is amazing and the view from the room balcony was beautiful.

The weekend staff didn't seem interested in the guests at all. No one offered us food or drink the whole time and we asked for an umbrella that never came even though they said it would.

Budget friendly. Beautiful staff.

Location is outside of central area so we had difficulty getting a taxi to agree to take us to the hotel.

Its not the best location. Far in from the main road and the road isn’t good. Bumpy and unmarked. Best to get someone who knows the place to take you there otherwise it’s easy to get lost. Very little signage.

Waited 2 hours for the correct order on dinner , The pool has a lot of cladding/tiles coming off on the pool floor . Rooms were average no tv . Maybe Netflix will up the rating .

The resort was nice and good based on the price we paid for the accommodation. Staff were friendly and they really tried to service your needs. Though it is still a resort which could improve

There was a big party on the first night when we arrived so could not sleep much. They have also mixed up our arrival time so we had to wait 1 hour on the airport and keep calling them until someone picked us up. The resort is really far from Port Denearu and what we saved on accomodation compared to a resort in a more popular location, we ended up spending on transport for the activity tour business they had in the resort.

The staff is really kind and helpful (if you don’t finish your diner, they propose you another free diner !!!) Airport transfer available and free Really good value for money

Food,long wait for food,bedroom not very clean,the chairs and table outside for dinner and lunch looks like a camping spot... plastic chairs...

1 my room wasn’t clean for 3 days 1 location in the middle of no where so you were stuck with a expensive costs to get you into town The music was too loud service people forgot to do things like send ice up To the room do a wake up call or clean the the rooms.

The hotel is beautiful. The view overlooking the mountains is picturesque. Although still under contruction it has alot of potential. Soon it will be booming. The pool is huge and once the pool bar is up and running it will be better. We esp loved the Chicken Swings and Pizza from the restuarant.

Only thing that needs improvement would be their "restuarant" Everytime we order we wait 1hr for food. We had times where parts of the meal were missing or was swaped with an alternative without asking if ok. Eg: Ordered surf and turf prawns were missing. Ordered Eggs Bene instead of spinach it was Bok Choy cabbage. Even breakfast simple meals took 1hr and we were the only people there. One more thing the beds were abit hard.

Food isn’t great which is a bit of a let down considering you’re far from anything else. Service is slow as well. We barely had hot water for a shower. The WiFi in the rooms was rubbish and weak or didn’t work in the lobby/restaurant. Their taxi service they provide is poor, I understand there Fiji time but this was ridiculously late (nearly an hour) without an apology.

This is located quite far away from the main areas - there is a taxi service but it’s not very reliable time wise. We used a taxi through their provider 5 times and 4 times it was late. It was an hour late picking us up and we had no apology. The food isn’t great (few times it came out cold) and takes them a long time to make/cook. Considering there were barely any other people staying i can’t imagine what it’s like when it’s busy. This was the same with the drinks from the bar. There seem to be a lot of staff working here and not many are actually doing anything.

The staff were friendly and professional, the view from my room was beautiful and i wake up every morning with the beautiful sounds of different animals Which was amazing

Everything was good except location.

Location! There was too far to Nadi town and port. Probably u have to pay to Nandi town for 15f$ or to port for 25f$. The load to hotel was horrible and only one way to go out is taxi. No bus. We stayed for 1week, we costed more than 200f$ for transportation. Plz check the hotel location on google map! Additionally, the tour package provided from hotel travel company is also super expensive. If u go to town and ask other company, they provide half price. Ex)Iconic island tour:200$ Town island tour: 100-120$ Have a good trip!

The staff is just sweet - you immediately feel welcomed and like home. Everyone is very helpful - at any time! The hotel itself is very quiet and an awesome place to relax (in fiji time :)) We really enjoyed our stay and are definetly coming back!!!
